Post Partum Depression & Sleep Deprivation ...

I wondered if any one had any suggestions on how to treat post partum depression exacerbated by sleep deprivation and non restorative sleep.
It manifests as nightmares and hallucinations. Some of the hallucinations have similarities to shamanic experiences.
I would appreciate any one's input.
